Welcome to the Farm! And to my little corner of Northeast Iowa I have come to call home.

Growing up in the hometown of the Little Brown Church in the Vale, I later lived in Chucktown before marrying my Dairy Farmer husband, Dan. Then moved East to join him and his 3 teenage girls, Chelsey, Nichole and Kayla, in the country.

A year after we were married, we had a baby boy, Reed, who has become one of the main attractions around here. You will hear many a story about Reed, as he keeps us smiling with his insight and charm, that only a boy as loved as he is can exude.

I am surrounded by fields, farm life, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, animals and a family I love. I enjoy cooking and baking, taking pictures, driving tractor and skid loader, and helping with farm work all year long.
